One membership applies to every pet (current and future) in your household.  Your one-time $15 membership payment is due after you submit the form. Once we receive your membership form and payment, you have officially joined the River Valley Pet Cremation Society! We will send you an email with confirmation.


Payment for private cremation ($275) is due when services are needed. You may prepay the full amount at any time.
