Jesse and Katie Starkson saw a need for the River Valley Pet Cremation Society. The Starksons own funeral homes in Hastings and Apple Valley and have over 15 years of experience in the death care industry. This pivot into pet care allows them to share their background with even more families. The mission of the Pet Cremation Society is to help prepare families for the inevitable and promote preplanned pet aftercare with private cremation as our only, and most dignified, option. A one-time $15 membership fee covers all current and future pets in your household and gives you a $50 discount on our signature private cremation package for each pet. Joining the Society gives pet owners peace of mind knowing that the tough decisions about cost, location, and final disposition have already been made. The price is guaranteed and the membership never expires. Membership is a way families can honor their pets and ensure their beloved companions are treated with dignity.
