Becoming a member is easy! Simply submit our membership form and your one-time enrollment fee of $15. This membership applies to every pet (current and future) in your household.

Enrollment Fee

The $15 fee is due when you join. Once you submit payment and form, your membership in the River Valley Pet Cremation Society is official! You will receive confirmation of your membership via email.

Signature Package

Members receive our $325 signature package for $275. This price is guaranteed for members only. Our Signature Private Pet Cremation package includes private pet cremation, an engraved rosewood urn with brass accents, online pet tribute, certificate of cremation, clay paw (or foot) print ornament, and a clipping of your pet's fur.

How Do I Sign Up?

To enroll in the River Valley Pet Cremation Society, complete our short Membership Form online or submit it by mail and pay your one-time $15 membership fee. Once we have received your form and payment, your membership is official! Membership does not expire.

Paying for the Package

Payment for the package is due at the time of cremation or may be prepaid any time prior to the time of service. With a one-time $15 membership, your price of $275 is locked in for each pet cremation.

Additional Fees

Additional fees, if any, are due at the time of cremation or may be paid prior to it. Additional fees include any urn upgrades or keepsakes you choose, and/or mileage fees if we pick up your pet from your location or from a veterinary clinic greater than 20 miles from Hastings, Minnesota. There is no mileage charge to pick up your pet from veterinary clinics within 20 miles of Hastings.

Non-Refundable

Membership enrollment fees are non-refundable. Prepaid cremation packages are non-refundable.

Pet Insurance

We do not accept pet insurance.

Expiration

Once you are enrolled in the River Valley Pet Cremation Society, your membership never expires.
