Pet Cremation Society Membership

Membership in the River Valley Pet Cremation Society gives you peace of mind that your pet will be treated with dignity through private cremation. Private cremation ensures the ashes you receive belong solely to your pet.

With a one-time $10 membership fee for each pet, you’ll get $50 off our Signature Cremation Package ~ so instead of $325, you pay only $275. This price is guaranteed for members. By joining the River Valley Pet Cremation Society, you can avoid unexpected expenses and the pressure to make a difficult decision at an emotional time. One online form and one $10 payment is all it takes to guarantee your pet a compassionate, private farewell. We are able to accommodate pets up to 250 lbs.

Becoming a member is easy! Simply submit our online form and your enrollment fee of $10 per pet.

Payment

The $10 fee is due upon enrollment. Once you submit your Cremation Authorization form and payment, your pet will be a member of the River Valley Pet Cremation Society. You will receive confirmation of your membership via email.

Signature Package

Members receive our $325 signature package for $275. this price is guaranteed for members only. Our Signature Private Pet Cremation package includes private pet cremation, a rosewood urn with brass accents, online pet tribute, certificate of cremation, clay paw (or foot) print ornament, and gift bag.

Forms

Completion of our Cremation Authorization form and consent to authorize cremation are a required part of membership and must be submitted for enrollment. Start the membership process HERE (link to new form.)

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance of the package is due at the time of service or may be prepaid at any time prior to the time of service to lock in current prices.

Additional Fees

Additional fees, if any, are due at the time of service or may be paid prior to it. additional fees include urn upgrades, keepsakes, and/or mileage fees if we pick up your pet from your location or from a veterinary clinic greater than 20 miles from Hastings, Minnesota. there is no mileage charge to pick up your pet from veterinary clinics within 20 miles of Hastings.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Membership enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable between pets. Prepaid cremation packages are non-refundable and non-transferable between pets.

Pet Insurance

We do not accept pet insurance.
